Investigations Clotted blood for Hepatitis A IgM, HBsAg, Hepatitis C antibody, EBV VCA IgM and CMV IgM For patients at high risk of acquiring Hepatitis D or Hepatitis E: blood should be tested for Hepatitis D IgM and IgG, Hepatitis E IgG and/or IgM
